ドメーヌ ミエ・イケノ
八ヶ岳南麓にある小規模ワイナリー。「猫の足跡畑」と名付けたブドウ畑のみで醸した自家農園の100%のワインを少量生産中。化学肥料、除草剤、殺虫剤を使用せず粒単位で丁寧に栽培し、収穫後は重力のみでワインを醸造するのが特長。ワイナリーは一般非公開(イベント時のみ公開)。
