食食安心-臺南市政府衛生局食安中心

本計畫擬藉由「臺南市食品安全管理體系」之建立，透過對食品廠之現場普查、輔導、建置檢驗資源平台及食品安全系統平台等工作，來達到廠商自主管理增能之效果，也激勵業者發揮自律精神，主動積極做好自主管理，更提供消費者清晰的公益食品資訊，達成建構完整的食安防護網及落實食品安全管理機制的目的。
