银杏基金会

银杏基金会前身“银杏计划”是南都公益基金会发起的一个资助青年人突破成长瓶颈，帮助其成为公益领域的领导型人才的长期计划。主要资助对象为草根机构的领导人或创始人，不排除学者、媒体人、个人行动者和未来的 NGO 领导人。该计划同时倡导社会各界一起支持公益人才、搭建公益人才成长的支持体系。针对公益青年需要基本生活保障、社会认同和自我能力提升的需求。“银杏计划”除了连续3年、每年10万元人民币的资金支持外，还通过伙伴聚会、海外考察等活动，促进银杏伙伴网络建设，以增进伙伴间的了解、扩展伙伴的学习和视野、提升
