桃園佛教蓮社
民國三十九（西元1940）年八月，本蓮社開山和尚上志下心和尚受簡國垣大德禮 請，於簡家宣講佛法，法緣殊勝，日久因宅內空間不足以容眾共修，為利講課之便， 改為商借民生路佛祖廟（今鴻福寺）繼續說法利眾，又值聞法者與日再益俱增，遂興 覓地興建道場之願。 幸得地主趙家三兄弟售出現址，並於興建期間給予護持，民國四十年
